An introduction

I've been considering starting a blog for awhile now, and was just motivated by a friend who began a traveling one. Although I do travel often and live out of the country, this isn't really travel-specific. My goal is to spread the knowledge I'm exposed to everyday at school and around, and it will probably include:

• Random bits of philosophy and criticisms
• Cultural anecdotes (I do live and study in Spain, things come up)
• Political epiphanies (I've only just began taking poli-sci classes, so there are bound to be at least some), this includes what I consider important news-stories
• Biological fascinations (I'm in bio-II and LOVE researching everything)
• Jokes, quotes, and random humor
• Anything else I think is worthwhile of sharing and wondering about (though I will warn you, I am a notorious over-analyzer)

I hope this helps you figure out what this is all about, though in reality, it's about almost everything. Comments, opinions, and constructive criticism are always welcome. If I knew everything I wouldn't have so many things to wonder about, but please be considerate and thoughtful. Here's to the pursuit of knowledge in the interest of a better world.
